近期設計提案

WCWP 最近完成了數個設計提案,包括位於大埔、日出康城及元朗的住宅發展項目,以及一個設於香港的數據中心。

Tai Po Town PSK 226
Designed to maximize views and create generous spaces between the towers, both within the site and with adjacent sites, this scheme also included an innovative proposal to separate the basement and tower foundations to expedite construction.

LOHAS Park Phase 9
It was determined that the SBD guidelines only applied to the whole LOHAS Park site, not individual sites, so the gaps between towers could be removed. By articulating the three towers as a unified form, they gain a unique, marketable presence within the overall neighborhood

LOHAS Park Phase 9
With fifty-six residential storeys, WCWP developed a facade strategy which breaks down the large massing of the towers through a series of horizontal divisions, as well as a differentiated material palette for the topmost luxury penthouse zone.

Au Tau, Yuen Long (Lot 1066 in DD103)
A unique site overlooking Kam Tin River faced significant noise generated from the adjacent highway as well as the MTR line crossing through it. The masterplan sought to address these problems by orienting the buildings in a series of arcs overlooking landscaped pools, clubhouses, and villas.

Tai Po Town PSK 221
This large-scale residential development consisting of 13 mid-rise towers is arrayed along a narrow site accessed from Tolo Highway. The towers are positioned to provide views towards the neighboring Tai Po Kau Nature Reserve, as well as to deal with noise issues from the highway.

Data Center

Data Center
Green walls and a stepped building form help to reduce the bulk and visual impact of this proposed data center in Hong Kong. On the opposite side, a gently curving feature wall subtly responds to the site context and the neighboring highway.
