Tai Po residential project awarded BEAM Plus Platinum certification

Reflecting WCWP’s ongoing commitment to producing sustainable and environmentally conscious architecture, Providence Bay, Providence Peak, and The Graces in Tai Po were recently awarded with Platinum certification from the Hong Kong BEAM Society.

Some of the major initiatives included early design planning to orient the buildings to improve the local microclimate, incorporating details such as roof shading features, maximizing natural lighting, and utilizing precast and modular design elements to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
